Job Scope

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales documentations (quotations / purchase orders / sales orders / invoices)
  • Submitting offers, collection of overdue, ensuring timely deliveries, ensure post sales services are offered
  • Service existing accounts, obtain new orders and organize daily work schedule
  • Source for new leads 
Required Qualifications

  • Possesses minimum higher Nitec certification
  • Min 1 year working experience
  • Must be PC literate and well versed in MS Excel, Word
  • Technical / Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous (Training will be provided for technical aspect of the job)
Other Requirements

  • Candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Should be a fast learner with a strong ability to multitask
  • Candidate should be customer oriented.
