  1. To provide excellent customer services and deliver memorable experience with service efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
  2. To handle customer’s feedback and administration.
  3. To maintain an effective communication for customer relation activities
  4. To assist in customer support and enquires through telephone.
  5. To generate reports and suggest service improvement initiatives and processes.
  6. Attend to customers and handle delivery bookings.
  7. To inform customers about our promotions and do a regularly follow up through phone calls reminding them that their vehicle is due for inspections.


  1. Minimum GCE ‘A’ level with 1 years of relevant experience in managing customer and keep a good relationships.
  2. A team player with flexible mindset and is able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  3. Passion for first-class customer service delivery with effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
