World Class Customer Service Standard

  • Provide tip-top customer service standards in Lagardere's retail stores at Singapore Changi Airport by ensuring every customer receive great service experience.

Achieve Sales Target - Commission Based

  • Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complimentary sales.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily store operations.
  • Replenish stocks and ensure expiry of stocks are checked within required guidelines.
  • Cashiering duties.
  • Basic stores housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company or CAG promotions and mechanics.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "N" / "O" levels / NITEC / HIGHER NITEC in retail with a Pass in English or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales industry / no experience are welcome.
  • Great passion for chocolates.
  • Good customer service and pro-active attitude.
  • Team player with a positive personality.
  • Able to work rotating shifts (morning 0545 - 1530 and noon 1500 - 0100 or Perm Night Shift 2300 - 0700), weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable to work in Changi Airport.
  • Candidates who can start immediately will be good. 
  • Permanent Full-Time position.
