Senior Officer, Group Credit (Retail) - Credit Management - Unsecured Front-End

  • To call customers for payment in order to improve delinquency rate of the unsecured portfolio
  • To ensure customers' enquiries are responded to within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • To be able to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set up by the management

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably in debt management
  • Good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills, with strong customer focus
  • Good integrity in area of work
  • Good team player
