Middle Office, Business Support Team, Private Bank

Functional area: Private Banking

Key responsibilities include:
  •    Manage the logistical support for New Hire, Resigned Staff, Existing Staff
    • Liaise with the respective departments to setup computers, telephone, software, call coverage (eg. call pick-up), change/upgrade computer, relocation of office equipment, staff seat relocation, etc.
    • Liaise with the respective parties to install/relocate LAN point, power point
    • Issurance of temporary IP Phone extension to staff for affected extension with recording function not working upon alert from IT department
    • Submit IPT forms for Access Grouping, New Group, Delete Group, Change of Access Level as and when there is new hire or team change
    • Equipment (eg. IP phone) troubleshooting
  •    Fixed asset coordinator
    • Purchase of assets (eg. computers, printers, fax machines,  computer RAM, printer parts) and monitor against PR/PO raised till final delivery of goods and payment via spreadsheet
    • Fixed assets disposal or transfer
    • Reconciliation of fixed assets against FCD annual list
  •    Others
    • Support BCP (Business Continuity Project) to ensure the equipment at alternate site are in working condition
    • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Private Bank senior management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Co-ordinating role requiring high degree of communication.
  • Requires great flexibility and versatility – should be able to simultaneously manage several different issues / queries in addition to daily processing related co-ordination.
  • Committed and conscientious personality, to take ownership and responsibility to ensure complete follow-through to problem solving.
