Visitor Experience Ambassador (Central/ 1 Year Contract)

We may have what you are looking for!


• Meet and greet visitors
• Provide assistance and information to visitors
• Perform sales of gallery admission, programmes and membership at the ticketing counter
• Ensure no tampering of Artworks
• Generate and reconcile daily revenue collected
• Answer visitors’ queries and perform service recovery
• Perform administrative duties, seek continual work improvement and inculcate good work values
• Any other duties when assigned


• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
• Good spoken and written English
• IT literate
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Fixed 3 weekly working schedule (Average of 4.7 days per week)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen interest in the arts, heritage and museum field
