Deputy / Assistant Contracts Manager (Civil)
You will work on a wide range of civil contracts for road and rail projects including construction of stations, tunnels and viaducts for rail, bridge, flyover, road works, commuter facilities, etc. You will be involved in cashflow / budgetary forecasts, reviewing contractual arrangements, procurement and tender document preparation, cost data analysis, award of civil contracts, processing of payments, claims, variation orders and other post-award contract administration duties including preparing reports and approval papers. Your role is important in ensuring that the contracts are administered in accordance with the Conditions of Contract and LTA’s requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in Building/ Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying
• Experience in cost estimation, contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering / construction projects
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for engineering or construction projects
•Team player with good writing and communication skills
