For the benefit of citizens and employers, the Agency Services Group implements and administers schemes, such as GST Voucher, Workfare Income Supplement, on behalf of various Government agencies. The work is diverse and dynamic, giving officers the opportunity to collaborate with various government agencies and stakeholders to enhance the lives of Singaporeans from all walks of life. Job Responsibilities

  • Support Agency Transformation strategy workstreams (as assigned) transforming the CPF-Agency Business from service provider to Whole-of-Government (WOG)’s implementation strategic partner
  • Implement initiatives and programmes across multiple schemes to optimise process management and resource allocation    
  • Conduct research and environmental scans to identify emerging opportunities and technologies that can be adopted for schemes operational efficiency
  • Support strategy formulation, reviews and execution to continuously enhance agency business’s ability to respond and implement agency schemes effectively on behalf of the Government
  • Support engagements with schemes' Principals on strategic and tactical issues

Additional Job Responsibilities (on assignment or attachment basis)

  • Administer agency schemes to ensure effective planning and implementation of project requirements within timelines
  • Review and streamline work processes for operational efficiency
  • Manage related system enhancements
  • Manage escalated queries related to the schemes from members of the public
  • Liaise with principals (e.g. Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Manpower) on project requirements
