Our policy, statistics and research teams design policies based on strong data-driven research and business intelligence. The Corporate teams provide professional expertise in Communications, Strategic Planning, Audit, Legal, Risk Management, Finance and Human Capital Management.

 


Customer Service

Our Customer Service team provides personalised services to our members to help them make informed choices to optimise their CPF savings.
 

CPF Schemes Management

Our Schemes Management team oversees the CPF accounts of all our members, providing effective services for members to access savings for approved users to meet their retirement, healthcare, housing and other needs.

 



Agency Services

We work with other government agencies to implement and administer national schemes such as the GST Voucher, Workfare Income Supplement and Silver Support Scheme to benefit citizens.
 

Infocomm Technology

Our IT team is the backbone of our operations, providing secure and innovative technology solutions to serve our members.

 






Enforcement

We work with employers to ensure our CPF members receive accurate and timely CPF contributions.

Senior Manager/ Manager (Leadership Development)

We have a strong corporate development team to engage our staff and support our business operations.  There is a wide range of job opportunities from Finance, Audit, Strategic Planning, Risk Management to Human Resource and Organisation Development.  If you are interested to driving change through leadership and organisation development to help meet organisation objectives, this is the job for you.

What we need you to bring to the role

  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive leadership and organisational change interventions  

  • Review and implement leadership and organisation development curriculum for various levels of leadership to enhance performance to meet both business and organisational goals. This includes analysing, designing, and delivering milestone programmes and leadership and organisation development initiatives to support the organisation’s objectives. 

  • Be the learning partner for senior management on their leadership development and tailor individual leadership development solutions for senior management

  • Facilitate for different levels of internal stakeholders (i.e. first-time managers to C-level executives)

  • Stay abreast of leadership and organisation development practices and approaches, advancement in learning design and technology, as well as issues in public policy and governance.

Core Requirements

  • 2-5 years of working experience in the area(s) of leadership development, learning development or equivalent. Those with additional organisational development competency and experience preferred. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, organisationally savvy and adaptable to flex style and approach as required in a range of complex situations.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset; strong team player who is proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities 

  • Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects

In addition, the following attributed would be advantageous

  • Strong proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design and facilitation experience in leadership and organisation development initiatives

  • Familiar with the full suite of leadership development interventions like 360 feedback exercise, coaching and mentoring 

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data analytics platforms is a bonus.

*successful candidate will be offered 1-year contract in the first instance.
