Job Description

  1. Submit duty schedules for weekly advance /monthly payroll processing timely,
  2. Input new security officer profiles in SME payroll system, create personnel filing system for each employee,
  3. Archive resignees’ files from cabinet for storage,
  4. Update and maintain accurate employees’ information in SME payroll system, including monthly additions /deductions,
  5. Monitor and cancel security officer’s PLRD who are inactive for a period and/or resigned,
  6. Interview, select and recruit security officers,
  7. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations for passes application,
  8. Responsible for processing all documentation for security officers (e.g. applying and cancelling of security officers’ license, work permit, etc.),
  9. Assist in other HR functions, e.g. monitoring security officers’ probation, confirmation and annual review,
  10. Assist in security officers’ training needs,
  11. Support payroll processing for security officers by checking monthly work schedule, and input in SME payroll system of their work schedules accordingly,
  12. Up-to-date filing of all documents,
  13. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  2. Must be respectful and possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity,
  3. Must be tactful, flexible and consistent,
  4. Demonstrates sound work ethics.
