• Provide Level 1 support to the users, involved in incident, problem and service request received.
• Manage ticket management system.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with users.
• Ensure security rules implementation as per the policies.
• Assist new user onboarding process (setting up directories, PC, smartphones etc)
• To work on ad-hoc projects as assigned
• At least 1 year of IT experience or related.
• Preferably working experience under Manufacturing company
• Singaporean only.
