Corporate Treasury Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities*


Treasury Operations

1. Prepare documentation for account opening and closure

2. Prepare documentation for new treasury products or solutions

3. Prepare documentation including Board Resolution and update of authorized bank signatories

4. To coordinate with respective country controllers or RFO for matters relating to Electronic Banking System (EBS) including token management, user access and corresponding access flows.

5. To assist in updating and distributing of dealing mandates to respective counterparties.

6. Coordinate with local finance team for any ad-hoc documentation to banks for required services or functions.


Cash/Risk Management

1. Ensure internal compliance on above-mentioned Treasury Operations scope.

2. Proper archive of Treasury documentations in shared drive.

3. Prepare and maintain all guarantee reports

4. Update master bank account listing and information in shared drive for Control, Audit and Compliance purposes.

5. Assist to liaise with bankers and GFC/GSC to resolve operational queries and issues

6. Assist in cash management RFP projects with banks if required.

7. Assist in implementation of cash management projects and user acceptance testing as well as other Treasury initiatives.

8. Assist with KYC/AML/FATCA/FBAR requirements and compliance related queries by banks.

9. Maintain Global Bank facility schedule and align with banks and stakeholders. Support the relevant documentations for any changes.

10. Assist and prepare quarterly or ad-hoc reports as request by KWE Japan.

11. Back-up for payment verification in EBS.

12. Back-up PIC for periodic update of ACS / SAP exchange rate.


Requirements*


• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
